I am an Icelandic girl exploring the world. I've been writing poetry since I was a little girl but due to moving to a different country (I am living in Sweden) I have had problems with my languages. I write in English and Icelandic and I play around with Swedish although no serious writing there yet. I like writing spontansiously and without to much censoring so often I let failures slip - not really consiously more because the thought comes, enter my mind and then is out again and the poem leaves the memory of it - often I feel like it's a shame to re-write it - although of course I do when I'm writing seriously!
