membership
Due to the possibly graphic or offensive content, you are eligible to become a member of the Service ONLY if you are over 18 and have been approved by the application you submit. psyjoniz will do NO physical verification as to the age of its members – it is agreed by the applicant that the act of obtaining a member name under psyjoniz.com is verification that the above has been adhered to - finding out that a member is under the age of 18 is grounds for suspension and/or deletion of their member account(s). If you register with the Service as a member, you may have access to member-only services (e.g., chat, circles, homepages, email, and personals). When using such services, you, as well as psyjoniz, shall be bound by these Terms of Service and any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

When registering as a member, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to provide truthful information upon request about yourself that proves you are, in fact, over the stated age limit.
