The guidelines set forth in this document shall be adhered to as far as the psyjoniz community goes. If these guidelines are not being followed by any member, that member will be terminated at the sole discretion of any of the moderators of psyjoniz. psyjoniz reserves the right to modify this document in part or in whole without notification to its members.



Community Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines carefully.

• 'Art' - The policy as far as 'censorship' on this website goes is that we do not censor artwork - artwork is free to be whatever it wants as long as it is being applied as actual ART. Where the definition of art is concerned and there has yet to be a reasonable alternative to a posting of claimed 'art' on the site psyjoniz reserves the right to interject his personal opinion and make a final decision on what will be considered 'art' to resolve any issues arising from said 'art'.
  
  

• Courtesy of other members - **BE NICE TO EACH OTHER** - If you are having a problem with another member - please visit the members section of the site and find a moderator or guide to report to - please do not get angry with the person - if they are doing something that they should not be doing or are harassing you or someone else on the site - they will be dealt with accordingly.
  
  

• Vulgarities - If you want to insert vulgar content into your art - do it - express yourself - feel completely free to say whatever you want - but do it in an ARTISTIC way (see item 'art' above). Public areas like the forum are area's that vulgar language should be kept to a minimum. If you want to curse or slander anyone or anything - please do it somewhere else - this is to be a caring community of people sharing their artwork.
  
  

• Plagiarism - Plagiarism of any kind will NOT be tolerated. If you want to include someone elses work in your own - you MUST provide refrence to its origin WITH it. Members caught plagiarizing will be removed from the site without any notice and banned - no excuses.
  
  

• Your active email address - Active email addresses (the modifiable email address in your control panel) should be valid ALWAYS. If they are not, return errornous emails or have been obviously changed to a non-existant email address (ie: 'xxxxxx@yyyyy.zzz') the membership will be suspended. This site promotes community and communication - invalid email addresses debunk this concept therefore go against the community as a whole. If you aren't willing to share and be a part of the sharing then maybe this is not the place for you.
  
  

• Owned work - Work that belongs to another person or business, in any capacity, that has not been officially approved for your use is not acceptable to include in uploaded works. Such work, if found, will be removed immediately and the member asked not to repeat the slip-up. Multiple instances of this will result in the member being removed and banned. If you have permission to use owned work, you must be able to prove it.
