Privacy Policy

  • Email addresses - Your email address is not sold, marketed, given out, etc by psyjoniz or any of its affiliates. Your email address is yours to do with as you please - if you decide to give it out - that is entirely up to you. When you apply for a membership with psyjoniz, the initial email address you use to apply for membership with is kept indefinitly for security purposes. You may, however, change your 'active' email address to whatever you want once you have completed the member application process. psyjoniz is setup so that initial emails may be sent through psyjoniz anonymously via the emailmember section of the site. Also - when applying for a membership account you agree to be subscribed to various emails that may go out concerning the site or its contents. In most cases (not all) you will have the option of un-subscribing from whatever email is being sent out. Having a membership means you agree to whatever emails are deemed 'necessairy' for you to receive as a member.

  • Reason for membership - This information is kept indefinitly and is a required part of the application process. This information is kept confidential to only operating members of the site.

  • Example(s) of artwork - This information is kept indefinitly and is a required part of the application process. This information is kept confidential to only operating members of the site.

  • Refrences - If you provided refrences in your application process the information you submitted will be saved indefinitly. No plans to use this information other than to have bearing on the application process have been discussed or decided on.

  • Date of birth - Your date of birth is used as the only source of verification that you are, in fact, older than 18 when you apply for a membership. You might get notifications from time to time concerning your date of birth, ie: a happy-birthday email.

  • Information collection and use - Your personal information is your personal information and is not used in any way other than to provide service to you, ie: send emails through the site to you using your current 'active' email address.

  • Logging - All connections are logged in detail for various different reasons the first of which is security. Other reasons include statistical analysis - figuring out what people are looking at and using that information to further the more popular sections - reporting errors or possible 'problem spots' the site may be presenting - etc. Logs are also provided to normal members about who had been looking at what concerning their uploaded content on psyjoniz - while less detailed than full reports - they are still quite specific. All logging and reporting takes place in real time and is kept indefinitly.
